Dennis Yu, graduated from the Graduate School of Accounting of Soochow University in 2001 and the Graduate School of Law of Chengchi University in 2011. He passed the advanced certified public accountant exam and the advanced civil service exam in the R.O.C. in 2000. After graduation, he worked at the Taipei National Tax Administration ("TNTA") and was in charge of auditing profit-seeking enterprise income tax and study of laws and regulations. He was a member of the TNTA's audit team reviewing laws and regulations on enterprise mergers and acquisitions, the audit team for transfer pricing, and the task force for implementing alternative minimum tax. He also lectured on relevant subjects.
Yu has extensive experience in taxation matters and is familiar with various taxation laws and regulations. He is in charge of handling clients' tax problems and consults on tax issues such as multinational mergers and acquisitions, financial commodities, and transfer pricing.
