Daphne Chiu, Deputy General Manager of L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs, graduated from the Graduate School of Law of Chengchi University in 2011. She passed the advanced civil service exam in R.O.C. She worked at National Taxation Bureau of Taipei, MOF ("NTBT") over 18 years. She was a member of the NTBT's audit team, reviewing laws and regulations on enterprise and the tax treaty affair; she joined the audit team for transfer pricing and advance pricing agreement. In addition, she also lectured on relevant subjects. In 2019, she worked in the Anti-Money Laundering Office Executive Yuan and assisted the APG mutual evaluation. In 2020, she joined L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs.
Chiu has extensive experience in taxation matters and is familiar with various taxation laws and regulations. At L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs, she is in charge of handling clients' tax problems and consults on tax issues such as tax treaty and transfer pricing. She also reviews legal documents of anti- money laundering.
