Sarah Liu graduated from Tamkang University with a bachelor's degree in accounting. After graduation, she joined Deloitte & Touche Taiwan and was in charge of auditing financial reports of clients in the manufacturing industry. Her clients included passive components companies, power system integration companies, and culture and creative companies. She also assisted the companies with their IPOs. She then joined a foreign pharmaceutical distribution company as its accounting supervisor, performing accounting and account reconciliation relating to principal, and supporting VAT filing and system migration from SDS to SAP. Sarah Liu joined L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs in 2017 as an assistant manager and is in charge of financial audit services, tax auditing services, tax advisory services, financial and tax due diligence services and enterprise valuation.
Sarah Liu has extensive experience in auditing and taxation matters. She is familiar with various accounting, auditing and taxation regulations.
