Felicia Hu was formerly with PwC Taiwan and PwC Singapore, having dedicated her career to specializing in tax advisory. She possesses extensive practical experience in cross-border tax consulting. Throughout her career, she has led and assisted in numerous multinational projects, including global organizational restructuring, cross-border transaction planning and tax implications analysis, group profit allocation strategies, as well as transfer pricing documentation, risk assessment, and tax audit review. Furthermore, she excels in cross-border tax project management, possessing exceptional coordination and integration skills across multinational teams.

Felicia joined L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs as a tax manager in 2025. Leveraging her comprehensive command of domestic and international tax regulations as well as her practical experience, she primarily focuses on corporate and individual tax advisory and compliance services. Her expertise covers corporate and individual income tax, alternative minimum tax (AMT), international taxation, transfer pricing, equity transfers, estate and gift tax. Additionally, she coordinates cross-border business advisory services, including foreign investment and account opening. She is committed to delivering a holistic, professional perspective to help clients achieve optimal tax compliance and strategic global deployment.
