Brain Liu, graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University with a bachelor's degree in accounting in 1998 and passed the certified public accountant exam in the same year. After graduation, he joined Deloitte & Touche Taiwan and was in charge of auditing financial reports of clients in the high tech industry and manufacturing industry. His clients included motor companies, IC design companies, shipping companies, high tech companies and real estate agencies. He also assisted Yulon Motor Co., Ltd. complete its spin-off and with the IPOs of Yulon Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Hycon Technology Corporation and Mutto Optronics Corporation. Brain Liu joined L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs in 2019 as a partner.
Brian has extensive experience in auditing and taxation matters. He is familiar with various accounting, auditing and taxation regulations. At L&L, Leaven & Co., CPAs, he is in charge of handling investment and corporate registration services, financial auditing, tax auditing and counselling on the implementation of internal controls, bookkeeping, as well as various related issues, such as restatement of accounts and IPOs.
